Description
Kevin is made primarily from organic pea protein and wheat gluten. is sliced, salt, ripen, pre-fry and are finally cold smoked before vacuum packing for better durability. It can be eaten directly from the package as a vegan alternative to “beef jerky” on the go – but should be fried on the pan with oil to achieve optimal crispiness and enjoyment at home. 
Kevin is sold in vacuum-packed pockets of 200 grams.
